03.Prohibition of Scraping & Algorithmic Extraction
No user or third-party entity is permitted to scrape cadastral GeoJSON polygons, reverse engineer the tree growth simulation code, or extract drone orthomosaic imagery for unauthorized commercial resale or derivative mapping applications without express written license.
